explain what babelzilla actually is.

In short, it's a site which tries to connect projects with possible 
translators. As a project owner you submit requests, and possible 
translators see tasks they could take over, based on their language 
preferences. There's a common interface, which makes it easy for 
translators to contribute localisations to many projects.
