  I am not sure which hash function work with which encryption algo, so
I put some preferences in the config file, but let gpg to chose what to
use... It is possible to force gpg to use some algos, and not to use
some others, but I don't dare to do that...

  By the way, I just learned how to check the available algos last week
or so...
