[Enigmail] Suggested reading material

Hi,

This discussion list's purview is supposed to be Enigmail specifically.

But it wouldn't hurt new comers, and less-new comers to do a bit of reading.

I suggest that the list's moms (if there are such) consider a template
welcome message that would include tips and links to recommended readings.
