I hate to chime in with a content-free "me, too!", but I'm with John on 
this--his experiences mirror my own, and his two reasons are as far as I 
can see sound.

My only caveat is that #2 is true only in the long run, but that's a 
minor quibble.  The only reason why I bring it up is to shield my ego 
from the horror of realizing I'm adding nothing to the discussion.
