There's a forum that would be ideal for what you suggest. It is called 
PGP-Basics at yahoogroups.com - <http://groups.yahoo.com/PGP-Basics/>
Don't be misled by the "Basics" thing, it is not basic at all. It 
suggests reading material and provides excellent support and guidance.
