The best place to ask these questions is GnuPG-Users.  You can find
information on that mailing list at http://www.gnupg.org.  The Enigmail
list is a great place to ask about Enigmail questions--not necessarily
so much of a great place to ask GnuPG questions.

However, I asked this same question on GnuPG-Users just a couple of
weeks ago, so I'll tell you what David Shaw told me.  :)  1.4.8 solves
the Vista keyserver problems.
