What do you expect me to answer to such a question? Enigmail is not the
right tool if you want to call an "external script" for any kind of
purpose; Enigmail is specifically made to work with inline-PGP and
PGP/MIME messages, processed by GnuPG. I.e. Enigmail needs the decrypted
or verified message, together with the GnuPG status output.
Actually I think the effort for doing this would be the same as for a
"real" (i.e. correct, clean) solution, but I doubt that I would accept a
patch for such a hack.
At best you could try to write a wrapper shell script around gpg.
