Yes, but it would eliminate the vast majority of test messages, ie the 'Q:"Is
this installed and operating properly?" and it is' ones.
I'll hazard the guess that the irritant with those who have flounced and
dramatically exited was that very type of test message.
I doubt any "I have signing working. Is there someone I may test encryption
with?" messages would upset too many here, even though I'd like to see us
develop a mechanism to be able to handle them off-list.

If it was an area I could answer, I usually did, yes

I only recall seeing test messages from new users; ones who had done no prior
testing.
