I disagree. I see the list as a good second place.
What I saw as the easiest way to test was to send myself a signed message. Then
to send to addresses on different domains, then add encryption... None of which
had any impact on this or any other mailing list.
Sometimes I think the simple is overlooked. I mentioned sending to myself to
another member of the devel group over the weekend and his response was,
"PLEASE post this to the list."
