[Enigmail] Open discussion on how to improve signal-to-noise ratio

I was thinking that maybe having a robot would prove to be a
suitable replacement to sending mails to the list.

I have to admit, that i have seen no such robot, but if there was
one, that should:
  1. Check incoming mails for armored blocks, either plain inline, or PGP/MIME.
  2. Check for valid signature (downloading keys from default enigmail servers).
  3. Possibly check for encryption.
  4. Optionally the bot could warn the sender if the mails are in HTML
or Quoted-Printable with a one-line warning.

After these steps the bot would have to send back a mail optionally
encrypting it with the sender's key and putting in the responses.

That would eliminate most of the 'Hello PGP World' messages.
