I say that we should only analyze the Skype clients that are distributed 
in the areas of legal affection. The Chinese Skype will be altered in 
the version of the government that they like.

That is highly incorrect. Anyone can monitor/snoop on you when you 
broadcast anything. Once you type, or utter single words aloud, anyone 
can snoop. Please re-analyze this, too.
