Given I spend most of my time in OS X staring at a bash prompt, yeah, 
probably so.  :)

Yes, and I think this just underscores my point that ease-of-use is not 
all it's cracked up to be.  "Ease" is a subjective term and "use" is an 
underspecified term: who finds it easy, and how is this person using the 
system?
