Looks better, you got rid of the HTML, but your key (0xF5B2203A) is not on the
keyservers, so we can't retrieve it to verify your signature.
Would it be possible for you to send your key to a keyserver, eg
hkp://pool.sks-keyservers.net ? That would get it spread around to just about
all the SKS servers in about an hour
