[Enigmail] How to use PGP-keys in non-default location

This is a GnuPG question, not an Enigmail question.  That said, check
the man page:

~  --primary-keyring file
~    Designate file as the primary public keyring.  This means that
~    newly imported keys (via --import or keyserver --recv-from) will
~    go to this keyring.
