[Enigmail] Big Lumber Quetions

When I goto add my key to Big Lumber I get:

"That key has already been imported."

But, when I goto Log-In, I see:
"If you have already added your key, you can request another login token:"

Since Key '... already been imported.' I figure the Login Token is for
me, I get:

"Sorry, that ID does not match any key."  Yipes! Talk about a
Round-Robin...

What do I do to get a Login Token?  Thanks
