While everyone else is being helpful trying to help you sort out the path to the
gpg executable, the simple answer is that you can't share profile directories
between operating systems.
That is not to say that you can not share files and even full directories within
a profile. I've done it several times with the suite (Seamonkey and Mozilla
prior) so I know how much work it is. Best to only share the mail, news and imap
folders.
I can read my mail on any one of the machines her in the house/office.
At ~10GB, there's one copy of it.
