opensuse is a linux based operating system which does not use exe files
for executables. The best way to install enigmail on any distribution
is to use the suse enigmail package that is a rpm file. I think suse
currently uses the apt system so you can use the command:
apt-cache search enigmail
to find the correct package name.
apt-get install package-name
will install the package and any other required packages.
