Confirmed!  Per both the Announcement & Change Log/Release Notes the
_latest_ version of Enigmail, 0.95.7, /Disables/ format=flowed.  This
was in large part to the volume of requests received for specific
instruction on how to disable due to failure of Sig Verifications.
