"(menu) -> Tools -> Options -> Advanced (section) -> General (tab) ->
- -> (bottom) Advanced Configuration -> Config Editor (button)"
opens "about:config" in Thunderbird. There, type 'flowed' into the
"Filter:" entry field. Yields the two options you are looking for.
