Just remove the '#' from the front of the line and make sure that the
line begins flush with the left side of the page.  The '#' just comments
out the line which is fancy talk for saying all lines beginning with a #
are ignored.  Removal of the # makes the line active.

There is nothing wrong with Posting the entire contents of the gpg.conf
as it contains nothing 'secret'.  All gpg.conf is is a pre-configured
File of command line options.  Do not add anything to the line, just
remove the # symbol.
