[Enigmail] Enigmail Digest, Vol 58, Issue 2

An error message I received by which I am unable to negotiate a solution:

"Enigmail: Enigmime Service not available
To permanently avoid this alert, either fix the problem or unistall Enigmail
using the OpenPGP->Preferences menu"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  I have added the key over again. I am
using Thunderbird version version 2.0.0.12 (20080226) on a Linux SuSE 10.3,
FireFox 2.0.0.13, with the latest version of Open PGP

Please help
