Many Linux distros still ship 0.95.0.  The latest Ubuntu release (7.10),
for instance.

Given how slow distros are to ship 0.95.3, it seems prudent to generally
advise against using gpg4win with Enigmail.

Additionally, there have been a good number of problems reported to
gnupg-users connected to the wrapper scripts used by gpg4win.

gpg4win appears to me to have been released pretty far ahead of its
maturity.  Maybe in another few major revisions I'll change my mind.
