please use the forum (http://enigmail.mozdev.org/forum.html) or the mailing
list (http://www.mozdev.org/mailman/listinfo/enigmail/) for questions rather
than querying authors directly. You don't need to be subscribed to the list
in order to post but non members' messages need to wait for approval.

To your question: GnuPG for Windows can either be downloaded from GnuPG.org
(so http://www.gnupg.org/download/index.html is correct, just scroll down to
the 'Binaries' section. You will get just the plain GnuPG installer which is
perfect for Enigmail. Or get the bundled package from http://www.gpg4win.org/
which includes GnuPG 2.0, a manual and other possibly helpful software.
