[Enigmail] [Fwd: The new language translation file for zh-TW]

Hello,

I have tested it under Linux-thunderbird and i think it's ok to add
zh-TW (Chinese-Traditional) translation file.

Because the file is too big (30kb), I publish it to my blog and download
