[Enigmail] HTML mails not displayed when Enigmail is NOT used.

Hello Everybody, This is my first message on this Newsgroup :

I use TB 2.0.0.6 and Enigmail 0.95.3 with MS Vista.

My problem is about HTML mails.

1st of all, let me underline the fact I only sent/receive encrypted mails in plain text. No problem with that. That's the same for mails with signature. It works perfectly.

/!\ Nevertheless, I'm no more able to read mails sent in HTML anymore => Thunderbird displays them in plain text! It's like Thunderbird is no more able to read HTML mails!

Let me give you a few examples :

1/ If I receive an interesting advertising mail, I only see it in plain text, even if I receive it in a mail adress without any link with enigmail, public key, etc...

2/ If a friend who doesn't even know the existence of signature/encryption sends me a mail with html links, I will see it in plain text

3/ If I send an HTML mail (I still can do that) and then look in my sent mails folder, I see the mail in plain text... whereas I know the sent mail was in html and I know the recipient will read it in html.
[Of course, I'm talking here about mails without any signature or encryption.]



So Here are my questions :

I want to be able to read html mails which have nothing to do with GPG/enigmail in HTML. Is it possible ? How can I do that ?

I also want to have my sent html mails (which have nothing to do with GPG/enigmail) correctly displayed in HTML when I look at them in TB. Is it possible ? How can I do that ?
