[Enigmail] Enigmail menu missing Save as ...

that's a bit picky but I corrected it. But I must really ask you not to
post messages with (comparitively) huge attachments (your email is 1,7MB
in my inbox!) and not in proprietary file formats. To make your point clear,
the attached screenshot (if necessary at all) would have been sufficient.
