That wasn't My experience. :-\  I installed the 2.x Development Branch a
long time ago and it continually provides 'short/small' Updated daily &
I have lost NO 'data' as a result.  I installed this over My existing
1.5.x Installation.

Again this wasn't & isn't My experience.  If You are interested; and
have to patience to 'sit through' a time consuming Dial-Up Download
please let Me know off-list & I'll Send You the Installation File.

Take Note:  While 90% of Extension [now called Add-On's] Developers have
Upgraded to the 2.x Branch some Haven't.  This is readily alleviated by
Installing the "Mr-Tech" Extension and then using it to 'Make All
Compatible'. :)
