The problem on Windows (unlike Linux/Unix systems) is that the DLL can't
be deleted because it's locked by the OS. I assume it's the same on
OS/2. There is no workaround for this, since after the restart of
Seamonkey the rest of Enigmail is no longer installed. There is no
solution for this until Seamonkey 2.0 will be released (which will
contain a proper extensions management like Thunderbird).
