[Enigmail] Problems signing message (gpg-agent related?)

Ticking the 'Use gpg-agent for passphrase handling' appears to fix the
problem but I'm confused as to why I didn't previously need it (I was
still using gpg-agent before I started fiddling).

Oh well.. :-)
