OK, the Option for composing *with* HTML is under 'Account Settings' and
the 'Indian Trick' for switching back & forth 'on-the-fly' from one
mode to the other is to depress & hold the 'Shift' Key when clicking
'Write', 'Reply' & 'Forward'. Using this method; whatever You have
T-Bird set to Compose with, it will use the opposite when the Compose
screen Opens. :)
