[Enigmail] Installation Problem of recent nightly into recent nightly thunderbirg

Hi,
I just cleaned my thunderbird installation and now I'm trying to get 
enigmail working again.
The uninstall failes miserably and I had to uninstall manually (long 
story). Now I can't install the latest nightly of enigmail. The 
extensions.log states:

Any idea what file seems to exist? Any help is appreciated.
