Dear team,
Whenever your email comes, it says to click on the pen-icon. When I
click on the icon, I get this message in the end.
/gpgkeys: hkp fetch error 1: unsupported protocol
gpg: requesting key 799A95B5 from hkp server pool.sks-keyservers.net
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: Total number processed: 0
/
Now, my questions are:
1. What is that?
2. I remember, there was some booklet for beginners, as I am tyro to
computers can someone help me out?
Thank you,
Regards
Bipin

You can adjust this timeout period in the OpenPGP Preferences window.
However, remembering forever is not possible, and such a feature is very
unlikely to be implemented in Enigmail. If this is really what you
want, the solution is to take the passphrase off your key altogether.

FWIW: 1440 minutes = 24 hours. Not what I would consider the most
'intelligent' or elegant solution but the Option is there. Make sure
the 'Display Expert Settings' box is checked. If not, check it and
re-start Enigmail Preferences.
