186:~ rjh$ fink list gpg-agent
Information about 6112 packages read in 1 seconds.
     gpg-agent 1.9.20-1 GPG key agent

We can see that gpg-agent exists in Fink, and that it is not presently
installed on my system.

86:~ rjh$ sudo fink install gnupg2
Information about 6112 packages read in 0 seconds.
The following package will be installed or updated:
 gnupg2
The following 21 additional packages will be installed:
 glib-shlibs libassuan libcurl4 libcurl4-shlibs libgcrypt
 libgcrypt-shlibs libgpg-error libgpg-error-shlibs libksba8
 libksba8-shlibs libssh2.1 libssh2.1-shlibs libusb
 libusb-shlibs openldap23 pkgconfig pth pth-shlibs pth2-dev
 pth2-shlibs readline5

... I don't see gpg-agent in the list of packages to be installed. I
think this possibility is a nonstarter.
