Well, 'blame' is a word I try to steer clear of because it's a trigger
for so many; however, Enigmail _did_ reset everything to Plaintext upon
installation.

This was done for the sake of 'Newbies' who don't understand the
problems that HTML creates with Encryption.

The Good News is that whenever You Update or re-install Enigmail it will
not switch Your preferences back to plaintext by default. :)

BTW; Please don't take Robert's Reply as 'Hurt Feelings' or 'Flaming' as
once You've read a few of His Postings You'll quickly recognize His
unique brand of Sarcasm.  *LOL*  [I was taken aback in the beginning
too, but now We correspond regularly]
