[Enigmail] No longer decrypting

My working installation of Enigmail is no longer decrypting messages or
able to verify signatures. It does ask for the password but the preview
pane returns blank.

I am able to access my keyring in Enigmail's keymanager. Decrypting via
GPGrelay or GPGShell's Tray Utility work fine.

I've restored the pgprules.xml from a backup, uninstalled and
reinstalled both the current release and the nightly version to no
avail. Enigmail's console shows an error (see last line):

=====
enigmail> C:\GnuPG\gpg.exe --charset utf8  --batch --no-tty --status-fd
2 --keys
erver-options auto-key-retrieve --keyserver Key-servers:
pool.sks-keyservers.net
, subkeys.pgp.net, pgp.mit.edu, ldap://certserver.pgp.com -d
- --passphrase-fd 0 -
- -no-use-agent
usage: gpg [options] [filename]
enigmail.js: Enigmail.decryptMessageEnd: Error in command execution
=====

Turning off the preview pane doesn't make a difference and the
"Automatically Decrypt/Verify" toggle is enabled.

Anyone else having a similar problem or have any suggestions?
