[Enigmail] Error message: cannot sign or verify

I just started to get an error signing and decoding.  There seems to be
a problem with the command line being fed to gpg.  Here is the
enigcmd.txt content:

C:\Program Files\GNU\GnuPG\pub\gpg.exe --charset utf8  --batch --no-tty
--status-fd 2 -d

and the enigerr.txt

usage: gpg [options] --decrypt [filename]

I have installed GPG4Win 1.1.1 and Enigmail 0.95.2 on Tb 2.0.0.5

Where can I look for a fix?
