[Editcss] editcss bug

[John Petit]

The "Load" and "Save" buttons do not appear. I am unable to save 
changes. I am on a PowerMac dual g5, latest version of Firefox, I used 
both the 0.2.3 and the 0.3.1 version. Neither worked. Any suggestions?
