There's already a bug similar to this reported as [2] at
http://editcss.mozdev.org/bugs.html, but I discovered it accidentally
trying to skin Gmail with EditCSS.

As far as I can discover, there's no way to make EditCSS properly
introduce any style "INPUT { ... }" when viewing Gmail.  I was trying
to style the search field to be a thin-bordered yellow-hilited search
box, but tracing why it wasn't working led me to believe that it's a
result of Gmail using frames.

If you need a Gmail invitation so that you may test this, I'd be happy
to provide one.  Also, the mozdev bugzilla links report that 'editcss'
is not a valid bugzilla project.
