I've never had this problem since I put the search box in a non toolbar area.
Just place it next to the menu at the very top of the screen. Remove the search
bar from your screen and then put it back just to the right of 'Help'. My only
problem with this is the progress spinning icon is just to the right of it and
not in the top right corner of the screen. No biggle, must have been something
I did. My other two machines don't have this problem.

You can get the bar fairly big if that's your way and it doesn't take away from
other toolbars. I've never had to resize it after the first resize. No brainer
really since it has upto 80% of your screen width to use, and most folks will
only need a faction of this. Mine only covers as far as the 'Bookmarks' button
and that's
more than enought.

With having a huge Search Bar one new feature to the searchbar itself that
would pr
Acuseful is to also show other info such as what date / time a search was used.

Something like [Google Icon] Brittley Spears [10:05a 14-12-06]
