[Dragtotab] Fusion "Location bar" problems with Noia theme

Fusion has a issue with the latest Noia theme. 
It doesn't draw the location bar correctly.

I've uploaded a screenshot of my Firefox showing the problem to:

Notice the "location Bar" just below my button bar.

Anyone have any idea of why this is happening?
