[Dragtotab] Scrolling Functionality at Left Edge Disabled

Hey, MileWideBack seems to disable scrolling (normal up/down wheel
scrolling) when the mouse is at the far left of the screen. Can this
be fixed?

Also, an options dialog (for example, so I could disable the
middle-click-to-reload functionality) would be nice.
