I think this is a grand extension but I do have one small idea to add
to its perfection.

I did try to do this myself but... no success.

Would it be possible to add the ability to use the middle-mouse button
/ mousewheel click for reloading the page?  If you're really feel like
it you could make it like Stop and Reload, though I've read that this
uses a trick regarding hiding the relevant buttons so that might not
be possible.

That'd add a lot more navigation functionality.
