[Dragtotab] MilewideBack

I tried to install MilewideBack on RH Linux 9 with all the latest
revision.
After restarting the browser it MilewideBack fails to install with the
following message:

*** loading the extensions datasource
*** nsExtensionManager::_finishOperations - failure, catching exception
