[DownloadWith] config for cygwin/wget

Hi,
if your interested in it, i've got a config for
wget with cygwin on Windows:

Identification: wget/cygwin
Label: wget/cygwin
Command: <path to bash.exe> (e.g. c:\Program Files\Cgwin\bin\bash.exe)
Arguments: -c "/usr/bin/wget -P c:\temp -t 0 [URL] && echo 'press any key to
close window' && read"
Notes: adapt wget options to your liking. (-t 0 retries indefinitely)
