[DownloadWith] No prefs panel

Hello,

I'm using Windows, but I think I know what the problem is. I had a
similar problem when I had two different versions of DownloadWith
installed, one installed "not in profile" and one installed "in
profile".

Try uninstalling Mozilla, deleting any files left over, and doing a
clean reinstall of Mozilla. Since I had this problem, I decidedly do
*not* install DownloadWith in my profile, I just re-install it after
any Mozilla upgrade.

An alternate solution may be to *always* install DownloadWith in your
profile.
