[DownloadWith] No prefs panel

I'm using Mozilla 1.6, on linux.  I installed the downloadwith .xpi into 
my profile - it gave me no problems.  When I restarted, there's a link 
to the preference panel in the preferences dialog, but when you click on 
it, there's nothing in the right hand panel.  The right click menu is 
there, but there's only an option for wget, and I can't figure out how 
to change that, or set options.  There's options in the prefs.js, but I 
doubt that that's where the configuration should be done.
