[DownloadWith] Downloadwith question

I'm using Download Accelerator Plus.  In IE, if I
right click a graphic (or anything else on the page),
I get the option to Download w/ Dap.  

Is this option available in Downloadwith?  If so, how
do I turn it on.  

Also, when I do tell it to download using DAP it opens
the program window, even though it can download with
it minimized.  Is there a way to work around this?
