Its perfectly good (for me) to have this option in prefs.js and dont
have any gui access to this access keys function. So for the mass its
not confusing, and the heavy users are happy too.

Or create an advanced tab on the preferences.

I'll try to figure out, but its not easy, since the directory names
changed and the .xul thing is a bit confusing. (Anyway I dont need any
gui modification)
