Further to the enquiry I raised earlier on, the following may give you further information:

 

e.g. If I want to query the word "?", the correct url should be:

http://humanum.arts.cuhk.edu.hk/Lexis/lexi-can/search.php?q=%BA%7E

But dictionarysearch would query:

http://humanum.arts.cuhk.edu.hk/Lexis/lexi-can/search.php?q=%E6%BC%A2

Hello

Our project at http://www.dicts.info has many online dictionaries which
can be added into DictionarySearch . We have dictionaries for more than
50 languages. Most important are:

English to English dictionary

English thesaurus
http://www.dicts.info/thesaurus.php?word=$

French dictionary
http://www.dicts.info/ud/french.php?w=$

Spanish dictionary
http://www.dicts.info/ud/spanish.php?w=$

German dictionary
http://www.dicts.info/ud/german.php?w=$

Please test our dictionaries and if you find them useful add them among
supported dictionaries. We are working on a very special dictionary
we call Universal dictionary. This dictionary is unique because it interconnects
all languages in the system - here is the full list of all supported
languages. We plan to implement all features which has firefox and mozilla.
We already have sidebar for firefox http://www.dicts.info/sidebar.php
we would like to use more special firefox/mozilla features.
