[Dictionarysearch] Dictionary with russian characters

dictionarysearch works OK with firefox 1.07, but does not work with
thunderbird 1.07, it looks the word to be translated is not properly
passed since for the same word the argument passed to the site is
totally different between firefox and thunderbird
e.g. for the same word "книга"
